Rules and Regulations
(1) Only one entry per institute will be entertained.
(2) Maximum number of ten participants is allowed to participate in this item.
(3) Judgment will most likely be based on the qualities like idea, creativity of presentation, use of make- up,
music and general impression.
(4) Duration of performance shall be of maximum 8 minutes
