From each college maximum one
participation
●
Single participation only.
●
The themes would be given to
the student and participants have to speak related to the image/topic on the
spot.
●
Participants will have to speak
for a minimum 3 minutes.
●
Two rounds would be there.
●
The college shall provide a
microphone, a speaker
●
Decisions of Judges shall be
final and binding on all teams and no objections shall be entertained.
●
Non-compliance of this rule is
grounds for disqualification.
